Online Baptism Invitations from €12.99

Complete guide: digital baptism invitations in 2026

The baptism is one of the most emotional events in a child's and family's life. Preparations involve choosing godparents, the church and the reception venue — and the invitation is the first thing that sets the tone for the whole event. A well-made digital baptism invitation conveys the joy of the moment and gives guests all the information they need.

The process is simple: pick one of the 154 available templates, fill in the baby's first name, the date and location of the baptism, the ceremony time and the reception time, add a personal photo if you like, and copy the generated link. Send it via WhatsApp, Messenger or email, and guests open it straight in their browser — nothing to install.

Built-in RSVP shows you in real time how many guests confirm. Essential for booking a table at the restaurant and ordering the right amount of food.

What to include on the baptism invitation

• The baby's name — the centerpiece of the invitation
• The parents' names — mom and dad, or just the family
• Date and time of the church ceremony — with the church's name
• Date and time of the reception — with the restaurant or venue address
• Godparents' names — optional, but appreciated by guests
• RSVP deadline — essential for planning the reception
• Extra details — parking, access, dress code if any

If the baptism and the reception happen on the same day, you can create a single event with two stages. If they're on different days (church ceremony Friday, reception Saturday), you can add them as two separate events on the invitation.

How early to send baptism invitations

Ideally, baptism invitations go out 3-4 weeks ahead. If some guests are coming from other cities or countries, send them 6 weeks ahead to give them time to plan travel and accommodation.

Send a reminder 1 week before — last-minute RSVPs are common. The invitation link stays active and you can check the dashboard anytime to see how many confirmations you have. If details change (venue, time), just update the invitation digitally and every guest automatically sees the new version.

Digital invitations vs. printed ones — the advantages

Printed baptism invitations cost between €1 and €3 each, plus design, plus physical distribution. A family with 100 guests spends €100–300 on invitations alone. A digital invitation costs €12.99, once, and reaches any phone instantly, in Romania or abroad.

Last-minute changes are free and instant — no need to print a new batch if the restaurant changes. Built-in RSVP removes the need to call each guest individually. The exported PDF also satisfies grandparents or godparents who prefer a printed copy.
