Service

The InvitationLine platform is owned and operated by:

• Platform — the website invitationline.org and all associated subdomains.
• User / Customer — anyone who creates an account, browses or purchases services through the Platform.
• Services — creating, customizing, hosting and sharing digital invitations, together with the related features (RSVP management, photo album, seating plan, etc.).
• Order — the purchase of a paid package shown on the pricing page.

InvitationLine is an online platform where users create digital invitations for events (weddings, baptisms, civil ceremonies, birthdays and other occasions). All our services are 100% digital: we do not sell or ship any physical product.

Using the editor — customizing your invitation and previewing it in full — is free for 48 hours after the invitation is created; after that, the invitation link is locked until it is activated. Activating the final invitation (the step that lets you send it to guests and collect RSVPs) requires a one-time payment, with the price clearly shown before checkout. Some features and add-on packages are paid, as shown on the Pricing page — for example the collaborative photo & video album (packages by storage period and capacity tier), AI-assisted invitation text and the Premium design service (our team designs the invitation based on the brief you complete).

Invitations that are not activated are deleted after 7 days. If an invitation is not activated within 7 days of being created, we permanently delete it together with everything you added (photos, texts, guest list, seating plan, budget and settings). We send a warning e-mail to your account address at least one day before deletion. Deletion cannot be undone. Invitations for which another service was purchased (for example a photo album or the Premium design service) are not deleted automatically. Your account remains active.

Prices are shown in euro (EUR) or US dollars (USD), depending on your location. The price that applies is the one displayed at checkout, before you confirm the payment, and it is final — there are no hidden fees.

Payments are processed online by Stripe, an authorized payment provider, by card or by the other methods offered at checkout (such as PayPal). InvitationLinenever sees or stores your full card details; they are handled exclusively in Stripe's secure environment. All transactions use an encrypted (TLS) connection.

For every paid order we issue an invoice or receipt, sent electronically to the e-mail address used for the order. By placing an order, you agree to receive it in electronic form.

• You choose the package you want and pay through the secure Stripe checkout.
• Once the payment is authorized, you receive an e-mail confirmation and the purchased feature is activated automatically in your account.
• The contract between you and us is concluded when the payment is confirmed.

Because our services are digital, delivery is instant: right after the payment is confirmed, the purchased feature or package becomes available in your account and through your invitation's unique link. Nothing is shipped.

Cancellation, withdrawal and refund conditions are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because our services are digital and start immediately at your express request, the legal rules for digital content and services apply.

All elements of the Platform (design, templates, code, texts, logo) belong to us or our partners and are protected by copyright law. Content you upload (texts, photos) remains yours; by uploading it, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights and you allow us to host and display it solely to provide the Services.

• Provide accurate information when creating your account and placing an order.
• Do not use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, offensive or infringes copyright.
• Keep your login details confidential.

We do our best to keep the Platform running continuously, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free of interruptions caused by maintenance, technical errors or external factors. We are not responsible for the content users add to their invitations. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. We will always try to resolve any disagreement amicably first — just e-mail us.

If we cannot reach an agreement, you may turn to the competent courts or, if you are a consumer in the EU, to an alternative dispute resolution body — for example the Romanian ANPC (SAL): https://reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
